Delivery Options
- UK Standard - 3-5 days
- UK Next Day - Applies only if you are in Mainland UK and you are placing your order before 1pm
- USA & Canada - 1-5 days
- Rest of the World - 3-5 days
Taking Delivery
Please note that all goods need to be signed for. If no one is home on the day of delivery, a card will be left and the goods will be returned to the nearest depot for you to collect.
Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated according to the weight and destination of your order. This means that you will only pay for the exact postage and packaging weight of your order and no more. Your delivery charge will be shown as you place items into your Shopping Buddy basket. You will then have the opportunity to change your delivery service to meet your specific and individual requirements if you so desire.
