When you shop with us, you can be assured that your card details are securely encrypted during transport over the internet, so no-one can access them. The card information is only transmitted to a bank to authorise your payment.

Cool Green Attitude wll never ask you for personal details via email. If you receive such an email, please contact us at customerservice@coolgreenattitude.com.

When you register with Cool Green Attitude, you will be asked for a password to create your account. We recommend that you choose a password that is unique. Obvious words, such as family's and friend's names may be too obvious to third parties. Never reveal your password to others. It is also a good idea not to use the same password for other websites.

Cool Green Attitude may set and access Cookies on your computer. Cookies that may be placed on your computer are detailed in Schedule 1 to this Policy.

Schedule 1: Cookies
The cookie is named using a combination of your computer login name and the web site URL. 'yourloginname@www.coolgreen attitude.com'.
The cookie stores information relating to your account login and the products you select to add to your shopping cart. Upon completing an order or upon clicking the empty cart button the product information is removed from the cookie. The cookie does not record any other information and the cookie will expire after one year if unused.
